Tim Graham, Executive Director, Head of International Capital, Asia Pacific, JLL<\/p><\/div>\n

Tim is an Executive Director within Jones Lang LaSalle\u2019s Asia Pacific Capital Markets team, based in Singapore.<\/p>\n

Tim heads the\u00a0International Capital team across Asia Pacific.\u00a0The International Capital team hold deep relationships with key investors, both institutional and increasingly private wealth, from the Asia Pacific region for direct cross border investment globally.<\/p>\n

Tim has 18+ years’ experience in commercial property, having worked in both client and advisory capacities. Over this period, Tim has advised global investor clients on approximately USD 10 billion of disposals and USD 8 billion of acquisitions in the capital markets transactions, the majority of which have been with international investors.<\/p>\n

Clients include sovereign wealth funds,\u00a0institutional managers, REITs,\u00a0private equity and family offices.<\/p>\n
