Bob is an executive director with JLL’s regional Capital Markets team for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. As a member of the company’s Data Center Practice Group, he works closely with his colleagues across the Asia region, and has developed a special interest in transactions ranging from sale & leaseback, outright sale, acquisition, strategic lease, propco and opco or joint venture opportunities.<\/p>\n
